Stuck? Day-One Troubleshooting

This page collects the issues customers run into most often during first-time setup. If your problem is not here, open a support ticket — expect a reply within a few hours.


🟢 Just Placed the Order, No Email Yet

Provisioning is automatic but takes 10 to 20 minutes. Grab a coffee and come back — the email is almost always waiting.

If more than 30 minutes have passed, continue to the next section.


🔴 Welcome Email Never Arrived

Expected wait: the email sends within 10 to 15 minutes of checkout and rarely takes more than 20.

Check, in order:

  1. Spam folder — search for sender [email protected]
  2. All Mail / other labels — Gmail sometimes routes automated mail to secondary tabs
  3. Email on file is correct — sign in to your account and verify
  4. Corporate mail server blocks external senders — try a Gmail or similar personal address

Over 30 minutes and still nothingopen a support ticket with your order number.


Cause 1 — DNS is still propagating. Your server’s URL needs 1 to 3 minutes for DNS to settle. Clicking too soon can surface ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED. Wait 5 minutes and retry.

Cause 2 — Your network blocks Cloudflare. Some corporate networks block Cloudflare nodes. Switch to a different network (4G hotspot, home Wi-Fi) and try again.

Cause 3 — The link was rewritten by an email client. Certain email clients rewrite links for tracking, which can corrupt the Magic Token. Copy the URL and paste it into the browser instead of clicking directly.


🔴 Signed Out After a While

Cookie expired. After Magic Token verification, a 30-day cookie is set. If you do not sign in for 30 days, you are signed out.

Fix: open the welcome email and click the Admin Panel link again.

🔴 Rose, Ada, or Vi Is Not Responding

Check, in order:

  1. Admin Panel · MAIN tab · AI Agents list — confirm the container shows “Running”
  2. Admin Panel · companion tab · Activity — check whether recent messages are being received
  3. Refresh the browser — sometimes the chat window has stalled on the frontend only

Still no response → restart the container from the Admin Panel.


🔴 Messaging Platform Connected but Silent

Telegram:

  • Verify the Bot Token is exact (the most common mistake is a paste-in typo)
  • Send /start to the bot in Telegram — not a regular message
  • Check Admin Panel · Ada Dashboard · Settings · Messaging to confirm the connection status

LINE:

  • Confirm the Webhook URL is pasted into the LINE Developers Console
  • Make sure the Channel Access Token is the long-lived token, not a temporary one

WhatsApp:


🔴 Usage Dashboard Is Empty

Why: usage data accumulates only after you have conversations. A freshly provisioned server shows nothing.

How to confirm:

  1. Have a short conversation with Rose, Ada, or Vi
  2. Wait 1 to 2 minutes
  3. Open Admin Panel · companion tab · Usage

If the dashboard is still empty after real conversations → open a support ticket.
