Receive the Welcome Email

After checkout, the system provisions your server and installs everything in the background. The whole process takes 10 to 15 minutes, and you will receive an email when it is ready.


What the System Does While You Wait

Your server walks through 9 steps automatically — nothing you need to touch:

  1. Create the virtual server and allocate resources
  2. Install Docker and required system packages
  3. Enable security modules (SSH, Fail2Ban, BBR)
  4. Set up the encrypted Cloudflare Tunnel
  5. Generate your dedicated URLs and Magic Tokens
  6. Start the Admin Panel
  7. Launch Rose, Ada, and Vi
  8. Verify outbound network connectivity
  9. Send the welcome email

You can close the browser and come back later. The email will let you know when setup is done.


What the Email Contains

The email includes 4 links:

Each link contains a Magic Token. Anyone with the link can sign in to your server.

  • Do not forward the email
  • Do not post screenshots publicly
  • Do not open links on untrusted devices

Open the email and click the Admin Panel link first.

You can ignore the other 3 links for now (you can reach each companion from the Admin Panel anyway). Make sure the Admin Panel opens first.

Email Not Arriving?

Common causes:

  1. Spam folder — search for sender [email protected]
  2. DNS still propagating — the email is sent 10 to 15 minutes after checkout. Wait a full 30 minutes before treating it as missing.
  3. Wrong email on file — sign in to your account and check the address.
  4. Corporate email blocks external senders — try a personal Gmail or similar.

If more than 30 minutes have passed, open a support ticket.


FAQ

Q: Can I resend this email? Yes. Sign in to your account page → VPS Management → click “Resend Setup Email”.

Q: Do these links expire? Yes. After the first sign-in, the Magic Token converts into a 30-day cookie. If you do not sign in for 30 days, you will need to verify again. See Magic Token.

Q: Can I switch data centers? Yes, but it requires a full rebuild. See Reinstall.
